EWOLDT (one of the Grantors), GRANTEE, the following described <br />real estate (as defined in Section 76 -201, Reissue Revised <br />Statutes of Nebraska, 1943) situated in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lot Three (3) :end the South Twenty -eight feet <br />(28') of Lot Four (4), Block Seven (7) in Packer <br />and Barr's Addition to the City of Grand island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska, as surveyed, platted and <br />recorded, <br />subject to easements, restrictions, covenants, reservations and <br />government zoning laws, rules and regulations. <br />GRANTORS covenant, jointly and severally, with GRANTEE, as <br />follows: <br />1. GRANTORS are lawfully seised of the real estate and the <br />real estate is free of encumbrances; <br />2. GRANTORS have legal power and lawful authority to convey the <br />real estate to GRANTEE; and <br />3.
