<br />EASEMENT FOR WATER DISTRIBUTION LINES
<br />GIA, INC., a Delaware Corporation, herein called the Grantor, in
<br />consideration of *Aw A"j ep. e# f M —, , receipt of which is hereby

<br />acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called the Grantee, a
<br />permanent and perpetual easement and right-of -way to survey, construct,
<br />inspect, maintain, repair, replace, extend, remove, and operate thereon, water
<br />distribution lines, mains, pipes, valves, fire hydrants, boxes, manholes,
<br />surface markers, and other appurtenances connected therewith, in, upon, along,
<br />across, underneath, and through a tract of land located in part of a sixteen
<br />(16.0) foot wide tract of land located in part of the Northeast Quarter
<br />(NE-1 /4) of Section Eleven (11). Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9)
<br />West of the 6th P.M., Grand Island, Nebraska; the centerline of the easement
<br />tract being more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at a point on the Northerly right -of -way line of
<br />U.S. Highway 30, said point being fifty four and six - tenths
<br />(54.6) feet North of the Southeast corner of said Northeast
<br />Quarter (NE -1/4), and sixty and nine - tenths (60.9) feet West
<br />of the East line of said Northeast Quarter (NE -1/4); thence
<br />Northwesterly to a point eighty (80.0) feet North of the
<br />Southeast corner of said Northeast Quarter (NE -1/4), and
<br />seventy five (75.0) feet West of the East line of said
<br />Northeast Quarter (NE -1/4); thence Northerly to a point seven
<br />hundred twenty seven and one -tenth (727.1) feet North of the
<br />Southeast corner of said Northeast Quarter (NE -1/4), and
<br />fifty (50.0) feet West of the East line of said Northeast
<br />Quarter (NE -1/4); with the sides of the easement tract
<br />extended to terminate at the Northerly line of land described
<br />in Document #84- 004376 recorded in the Hall County, Register
<br />of Deeds office.
<br />Said tract containing 0.25 acres, more or less, as shown on
<br />the plat dated 9/19/86, marked Exhibit "A ", attached hereto,
<br />and incorporated herein by reference,
<br />together with the following rights:
<br />Unrestricted ingress and egress to the above described easement tract for
<br />the installation, maintenance, operation, and removal of such water
<br />distribution lines, mains, pipes, valves, fire hydrants, boxes, manholes,
<br />surface markers, and appurtenances.
<br />Such rights of ingress and egress shall include all rights necessary for
<br />the full and complete use, occupation, and enjoyment of the easement herein
<br />granted, including the right to excavate and refill ditches and trenches; to
<br />remove, clear, and keep clear trees, bushes, hedges, undergrowth, and other
<br />obstructions interfering with the surveying, construction, inspection,
<br />maintenance, repair, replacement, extension, removal, or operation of such
<br />water distribution lines, mains, pipes, valves, fire hydrants, boxes,
<br />manholes, surface markers, and appurtenances. No structures, buildings,
<br />fences, or other obstructions of any kind whatsoever shall be allowed in,
<br />upon. above, along, across, underneath, or through the easement herein
<br />granted; except for the existing appurtenances located therein.
