107211 Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery Grand Island, Nebraska 111.Frtifirate of Ofunership N° 023 KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the WESTLAWN '.MEMORIAL PARK CEMETERY ASSOCIATION (Grantor) a cemetery association incorporated under the cemetery laws of the State of Nebraska, for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar and other valuable considerations Dollars, in hand paid, does hereby grant a continuing easement and perpetual right unto T. A. Daniels and Ethel. Z. Daniels ( Grantee(s)), or assigns, for the entombment of deceased human beings in the following described Mausoleum in Westlawn Memorial Perk in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit: Replat of Mausoleum Number I- Tandem Elevation - Level D, Crypt #1 according to plans and specifications of said Mausoleum on file in the office of the Grantor. This certificate of Ownership and perpetual right of Grantee(s), or assigns, is made for the entombment of deceased human beings, and is made subject to the rules and regula- tions of The Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery Association, as the same are now in force, or as they may be hereafter amended by the Board of Directors of the Grantor herein, and the Grantee(s) in accepting this Certificate binds _ themselves and assigns, to comply with and abide by such rules and regulations. No transfer or assignment of any right or interest of the Grantee(s) herein shall be valid or effective until such transfer or assignment shall have been approved by the Grantor and such transfer or assignment properly recorded on the books and records in the office of the Grantor. In consideration of the payment of the full purchase price of the above mausoleum(s), The Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery Association agrees to set apart, as a trust fund, a sum as provided by the laws of the State of Nebraska, as endowed care for the benefit of the Mausoleum owners.
