86- 107208 <br />WARRANTY DEED <br />That Grantor, UNIVERSAL MORTGAGE CORPORATION OF WISCONSIN, A <br />Corporation, organized and existing under and by virtue of the <br />laws of the State of Wisconsin, in consideration of the sum of <br />One Dollar ($1.00) and Other Good and Valuable Consideration, <br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, conveys to SECRETARY OF <br />HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, and His Successors and Assigns, <br />Grantee, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. <br />Rev.
