86-107192 <br />ASSIGNMENT <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />That DOUBLE EAGLE, INC., A Nebraska Corporation, in <br />consideration of the Plan of Complete Liquidation and Dissolution <br />adopted by the shareholders of the corporation on November 20, <br />1986, does hereby sell, transfer, assign and deliver unto <br />LAMAR C. LEPIN and RICHARD L. LEPIN, as tenants in common, all of <br />its right, title and interest in and to a certain Agreement to <br />Purchase and to Sell Real Estate dated February 6, 1986, recorded <br />in the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds as Document <br />No. 86- 100951 between Double Eagle, Incorporated, as Vendor, and <br />Dean W. Lau and Joan R. Lau, husband and wife, as Purchasers, in <br />connection with the following- described real estate, to -wit: <br />The Southwest Quarter (SWI) of Section <br />Twenty -Six (26), in Township Nine (9) North, <br />Range Ten (10) West of the Sixth (6th) <br />Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />EXCEPT that portion thereof more particularly <br />described as follows: BEGINNING at a point <br />on the West line of said Southwest Quarter <br />(SWI), said point being Forty -Five (45.0) <br />feet North of the Southwest corner of said <br />Southwest Quarter (SWI); thence easterly <br />parallel to the South line of said Southwest <br />Quarter (SWI), also being the northerly <br />right -of -way line of the County road, a <br />distance of Nine Hundred Eighteen (918.0) <br />feet; thence northerly parallel to the West <br />line of said Southwest Quarter (SWI) , a <br />distance of Three Hundred (300.0) feet; <br />thence westerly parallel to the South line of <br />said Southwest Quarter (SWI), a distance of <br />Nine Hundred Eighteen (918.0) feet, to the <br />West line of said Southwest Quarter (SWI); <br />thence southerly along the West line of said <br />Southwest Quarter (SWI), a distance of Three <br />Hundred (300.0) feet to the place of beginning <br />and contains 6.322 acres more or less. <br />Dated this � day of December., 1986. <br />DOUBLE EAGLE, INC., A Nebraska <br />Corporation <br />By <br />Richard Lcc.ff11Le in, President <br />-1- <br />U <br />I <br />
