86-107192 ASSIGNMENT KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That DOUBLE EAGLE, INC., A Nebraska Corporation, in consideration of the Plan of Complete Liquidation and Dissolution adopted by the shareholders of the corporation on November 20, 1986, does hereby sell, transfer, assign and deliver unto LAMAR C. LEPIN and RICHARD L. LEPIN, as tenants in common, all of its right, title and interest in and to a certain Agreement to Purchase and to Sell Real Estate dated February 6, 1986, recorded in the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds as Document No. 86- 100951 between Double Eagle, Incorporated, as Vendor, and Dean W. Lau and Joan R. Lau, husband and wife, as Purchasers, in connection with the following- described real estate, to -wit: The Southwest Quarter (SWI) of Section Twenty -Six (26), in Township Nine (9) North, Range Ten (10) West of the Sixth (6th) Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska, EXCEPT that portion thereof more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the West line of said Southwest Quarter (SWI), said point being Forty -Five (45.0) feet North of the Southwest corner of said Southwest Quarter (SWI); thence easterly parallel to the South line of said Southwest Quarter (SWI), also being the northerly right -of -way line of the County road, a distance of Nine Hundred Eighteen (918.0) feet; thence northerly parallel to the West line of said Southwest Quarter (SWI) , a distance of Three Hundred (300.0) feet; thence westerly parallel to the South line of said Southwest Quarter (SWI), a distance of Nine Hundred Eighteen (918.0) feet, to the West line of said Southwest Quarter (SWI); thence southerly along the West line of said Southwest Quarter (SWI), a distance of Three Hundred (300.0) feet to the place of beginning and contains 6.322 acres more or less.
