NEBRASKA THIS INDENTURE, made this 10th day of December , A.D. 19 86 between the Administrator of Veterans Affairs, an Officer of the United States of Ameripa, whose address is Veterans Administration, Washington, D.C., 20420, hereinafter referred to as Grantor and KrI s L. Robar s and ttartha L. Robards, husband and Wife, as Joint Tenants and not as Tenants in Common ' whose address is 112 East 10th Street, Grand Island, NE 68801 hereinafter referred to as Grantee(s).
