NEBRASKA <br />THIS INDENTURE, made this 10th day of December , A.D. 19 86 <br />between the Administrator of Veterans Affairs, an Officer of the United States of Ameripa, whose address is <br />Veterans Administration, Washington, D.C., 20420, hereinafter referred to as Grantor and KrI s L. Robar s <br />and ttartha L. Robards, husband and Wife, as Joint Tenants and not as Tenants in <br />Common ' whose address is <br />112 East 10th Street, Grand Island, NE 68801 hereinafter referred to as Grantee(s). <br />WITNESSETH, that the said Gmntor for and in consideration of the 501L of <br />Nineteen Thousand Five Hundred and No /100 Dollars - -- ($19,500.00) <br />receipt whereof is acknowledged, hereby grants, conveys and confirms unto the said Grantee(s), the following <br />described premises, situated in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Part of Lot 8, in Block 28, in Russel Wheeler's Addition to the city of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Conmencing at the <br />Southwest corner of said Block 28, Russel Wheeler's Addition; thence in a Northeasterly <br />direction along the Northerly right -of -way line of loth Street for 106.2 feet to the <br />true point of beginning; thence continuing along the said Northerly right -of -way line <br />of 10th Street for 51 feet; thence in a Northwesterly direction for 132.07 feet to a <br />point on the Southerly line of a 16 feet wide alley; thence in a Southwesterly direction <br />along the southerly line of said alley for S1 feet; thence in a southeasterly direction <br />for 132.08 feet to the point of beginning. <br />STATEMENT ATTACHED <br />Dr-,i,iMENTARY <br />$TAMP TAX <br />DEC 15 1980 <br />624ev__M_ <br />It being the intention of all parties hereto, that in the event of the <br />death of either of said grantees, the entire fee simple title to the real --state <br />described herein shall vest in the surviving grantee. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together with all the <br />Tenements, Hereditaments and Appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said <br />grantees as joint tenants, and not as tenants in common, and to their assigns, <br />or to the heirs or successors and assigns of the survivor of them, forever. <br />Grantor covenants with grantees and with their assigns, and with the heirs <br />or successors and assigns of the survivor of them, that at the time of the ex- <br />ecution and delivery of these presents grantor is lawfully sei_ed of said <br />premises; that grantor has good right and lawful authority to convey the same; <br />and that they are free from encumbrance, subject to restrictions, easements <br />and covenants of record, <br />Appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said Grantee(s) and Grantees' heirs <br />forever. <br />Grantor covenants with Gytutee(at-srrdraantees'heirs or successors and assigns that at the time of the <br />ution ese presents Grantor is lawfully seized of said premises; that Grantor has good <br />and covenants to warrant and defend the said premises against all lawful claims by, through, or unc,er 6ranlor. <br />
