Known as norwe <br />Nebraska, National Association <br />the principal sum of Forty -five Thousand and . <br />10/100ths---------------- - - - - -- DOLLARS (S 45,000.00 ) at 13.00 % per annum, and gave to sai <br />lank a promissory note which provided for payment to be made as follows: <br />One payment of principal plus accrued interest due and payable on October 2, 1985. <br />and, WHEREAS, said note is secured by a mortgage /deed of trust on real estate owned by <br />Goodwin Construction-Co., Inc. and legally described as follows: <br />Lot Sixty -two (62) of Wolfe's Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />as Doc. #'s 85- 001666, <br />85- 006088 & <br />said mortgage /deed of trust being dated April 5, 19 86, and recorded 86- 107084 <br />in the Mortgage Records in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and <br />WHEREAS, said borrower has requested an extension of time of payment until December $ , <br />19_aL, and has agreed to pay interest at the rate of 11.00 $ per annum on the unpaid balance <br />and said Bank has consented to so extend the time of payment: <br />NOW, THEREFORE IT IS AGREED by and between the parties that the above- described mortgage/ <br />deed of trust and original promissory note shall be modified to provide for payment to be as <br />follgW_2_- <br />11 consecutive monthly payments of $425.00 principal and interest due the first of each <br />month commencing January 8, 1987, and 1 final payment of $40,479.56 principal and interest <br />due and payable on December 8, 1987.
