ana -JUnN L)ut--, real ana j <br />true name unknown, ? <br />Defendants. <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />You are hereby notified that on the 11th day of <br />December, 1986, Federal National Mortgage Association, a United <br />States Corporation, Plaintiff, filed its Petition in the District Court <br />of Hall County, Nebraska against Philip J. Wicke and Cindy A. <br />Wicke, husband and wife, et al. , Defendants, the object and prayer <br />of which is to foreclose a certain mortgage of $47,452.22, plus <br />accruing interest thereon on the following described real estate, <br />to -wit: <br />Lot Thirteen (13), Castle Estates Subdivision, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, <br />by the Defendants, Philip J. Wicke and Cindy A.
