Anderson , Vice President , <br />of The Greeley National Bank, Greeley, Colorado, first being duly <br />sworn on oath, depose and say as follows: <br />1. The Greeley National Bank is the Beneficiary under <br />a certain Deed of Trust to the real estate legally described as: <br />Lot Three (3) in Block Twenty -Two (22), in Charles Wasmer's <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />2. Said Deed of Trust has been filed as Document No. <br />86- 103284 in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska <br />and was given to us by Ronald A. Woolworth and Elizabeth J. Woolworth <br />to secure payment of $37,400.00, plus interest thereon as set forth <br />in a certain promissory note and recited in said Deed of Trust. <br />3. We have been informed that there is no public <br />trustee in Hall County, Nebraska pursuant to the laws of the State <br />of Nebraska relating to Deeds of Trust. <br />4. We hereby certify and affirm that all money due us <br />under the promissory note dated May 30, 1986 and referred to in the <br />Deed of Trust filed as Document No. 86- 103284 has not been received <br />by us and we hereby acknowledge such promissory note is not fully <br />paid or satisfied.
