SUPPLEMENTAL CROSS- EASEMENT AGREEMENT'. 107127 <br />x� <br />For valuable consideration, the undersigned individuals <br />. zn <br />and Mid - Continent Enterprises, Inc., do hereby agree as <br />follows: <br />1. The undersigned individuals are successors in <br />interest to R -Lynn Realty, Inc. in the ownership of Lot One <br />(1), Block Nine (9), Continental Gardens, an Addition to the <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />2. By Cross - Easement Agreement recorded as Document <br />Number 77- 000047 in the office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Hall County, Nebraska, Mid- Continent Enterprises,.Inc.; <br />granted a non - exclusive easement to R -Lynn Realty, Inc. <br />which is now an appurtenance to the said Lot One (1) of <br />Block Nine (9). Paragraph 1(b) of that Cross- Easement <br />Agreement requires the undersigned to specifically define <br />the twenty -four (24) foot wide easement generally described <br />therein. That specific legal description is the legal :r <br />description shown upon Exhibit A which is attached hereto <br />and made a part hereof by this reference. <br />Dated this 3rd day of December, 1986. <br />Stephen R.
