<br />You we hereby notified that on December , 1986, The
<br />Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />Plaintiff, filed its Petition in the District Court of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, against Gerald D. Nelson and Betty M. Nelson,
<br />husband and wife; and Walter Arnold and Mary Arnold, husband and
<br />wife; Defendants, the object and prayer of which is to foreclose
<br />a real estate mortgage on the following- described real estate
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />, Von Ohlen Second Subdivision,
<br />in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,
<br />given by Defendants Gerald D. Nelson and Betty M. Nelson, hus-
<br />band and wife, on or about December 21, 1979, to the above -named
<br />Plaintiff, and that said Mortgage was duly recorded in the Office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on December
<br />21, 1979, as Document No. 79- 008242.
<br />Plaintiff claims that there is now due on said Bond and
<br />Mortgage the sum of $62,605.18, including interest computed to
<br />and including November 30, 1986, and with interest accruing at
<br />the rate of $18.79 per diem commencing December 1, 1986, and
<br />for additional costs and other advances necessary to protect
<br />the real estate security
<br />during these proceedings, and praying
<br />for the sale of the real estate above described to satisfy the
<br />amounts found due on its Bond and Mortgage, interest, and costs.
