<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS; that Jeff N. Wolff and Karran H.
<br />Wolff, husband and wife, Grantors, do hereby grant, bargain, sell,
<br />convey, and confirm unto The Equitable Building and Loan Association
<br />of Grand Island, Nebraska, a Nebraska corporation, Grantee, the following
<br />described real estate:
<br />Lot One (1) and the Easterly Twelve Feet (12') of Lot Two (2),
<br />in Block Twenty -Eight (28), in Charles Wasmer's Addition to
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />together with all the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances to the
<br />same belonging, and all the estate, title, right of homestead, claim or
<br />demand, whatsoever, of, in or to the same, or any part thereof, in
<br />consideration of the full cancellation and satisfaction of the mortgage
<br />to The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />recorded June 24, 1977 as document number 77- 003438, filed in the Office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />This Deed is an absolute conveyance, the Grantors having conveyed
<br />said real estate to the Grantee for fair and adequate consideration,
<br />such consideration being full satisfaction of the obligation secured by
<br />the mortgage of Grantors recorded as Document 77- 003438 together with
<br />cancellation of the Bond given by Grantors with the above mortgage.
<br />Grantors declare that this conveyance is freely and fairly made,
<br />and that there are no agreements, oral or written, other than this
<br />Deed between Grantors and Grantee, with respect to said real estate.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above- described real estate with the
<br />appurtenances thereto, unto the said The Equitable Building and Loan
<br />Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, a Nebraska corporation, and its
<br />successors and assigns forever, and the Grantors, for themselves and
<br />their heirs and assigns, hereby covenant with the Grantee and with
<br />Grantee's successors and assigns, that the Grantors are lawfully seized
<br />of said premises; that the Grantors have good and lawful authority to
<br />convey the same; and that the Grantors warrant and will defend the
<br />title to said premises unto the said Grantee and its successors and
<br />assigns against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
