t 86'i:88984 Collateral Agreements, entitling Lender to exercise all or any remedies available to Lender under the terms of the Credit Agreement or the Collateral Agreements, and any default or event of default under the Credit Agreement or any Collateral Agreements shall be deemed a default hereunder, entitling Lender to exercise any or all of the remedies provided herein. 18. All notices to be given pursuant to this Assignment shall be sufficient if mailed postage prepaid, certified or registered mail, return receipt requested, to the above described addresses of the parties hereto, or to such address as a party may request in writing. Any time period provided in the giving of any notice hereunder shall commence upon the date such notice is deposited in the mail. 19. The term "Owner"' and "Lender" shall be construed to include the successors and assigns thereof.
