<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT CREATIVE FINANCING, INC., a Nebraska corporation, having its principal
<br />office at 444 Regency Parkway Drivj- , Omaha, Nebraska 68114, hereinafter called
<br />"Assignor ", for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good
<br />and valuable consideration to it in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged, does hereby grant, sell, assign, transfer, set over, and convey unto
<br />StwWard Fedeml Savings & loan Assn, having its principal office at 101 Lake Forest Blvd., Gaithersburg,
<br />M0,'20877hereinafter CALLED "Assignee ", its successors and assigns, all Assignor's
<br />right, title and interest in and to those certain Mortgages/Deeds of Trust covering
<br />property situated in HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA which are set out and de-
<br />scribed in Exhibit "A ", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference,
<br />together with Notes, Debts, Liens, and all claims secured by said Mortgages/Deed of
<br />'Trust and the covenants contained in said Mortgages /Deeds of Trust, and Assignor
<br />hereby covenants, promises and agrees that it is the legal and equitable owner of
<br />said Mortgages/Deeds of Trust -and Notes with full power to assign and sell the same.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the Assignee, its successors and assigns,
<br />forever but without recourse on the Assignor, and Assignor has affixed its Corporate

<br />to be the identical person who executed the within assignment, who, by me duly sworn,
<br />did say that Margaret Spry of Creative'Financing, Inc., that the seal affixed is
<br />the Corporate Seal of said corporation, that said instrument was signed and sealed in
<br />behalf of said corporation, by authority of its Board of Directors, and he
<br />acknowledged to me that he executed said instrument as his free and voluntary act and
<br />deed, and as the free and voluntary act and deed of said corporation, for the uses
<br />and purposes, and consideration therein set forth.
