86-- 106954 <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) AFFIDAVIT TO ESTABLISH DEATH <br />: ss. AND TO CLEAR TITLE <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />ISABELLE JUEL, residing at 3020 West Brentwood Court, Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, being first duly sworn on her oath, <br />deposes and says: <br />1. James L. Juel died testate on the 25th day of June, 1986. <br />At the time of his death, he.was a resident at the above address in <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />2. No proceeding for probate of the Will of the Deced- <br />ent nor for the administration of his estate is pending, and none <br />is contemplated. The Decedent left him surviving as his sole heir - <br />at -law his surviving spouse, this Affiant, Isabelle Juel. He left . <br />no descendant nor parents surviving him. <br />3. The only property, real or personal, in which the De- <br />cedent had an interest at the time of his death was property owned <br />in joint tenancy by him with his surviving spouse, this Affiant, <br />Isabelle Juel. Such jointly -owned property included the following - <br />descried real estate: <br />Lot Fourteen (14), in Block Four (4), in Brentwood <br />Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Grand Is- <br />land, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />4. In view of the foregoing and the fact that all jointly - <br />owned property of which the Decedent died owning an interest, <br />passed to his surviving spouse, there is no Nebraska Inheritance <br />Tax due or owing herein. <br />5. The gross value of ail assets in which the Decedent <br />had an interest as of his death passed to his surviving spouse <br />and had a value of far less than $500,000.
