Kinman Enterprises, Inc., a Corporation organized and existing <br />under 'the . laws of Nebraska, GRANTOR, in consideration of Ten <br />Dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, received from <br />GRANTEE, Hamilton Chevrolet - Cadillac, Inc., conveys to GRANTEE, <br />the following described real estate (as defined in Neb.
