1 <br />86 --4al s9Q <br />SURVIVORSHIP WARRANTY DEED <br />FRANK HUGHES, a single person, herein called the Grantor, in <br />consideration of TWENTY -TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND NO /100 <br />DOLLARS ( ;22,500.00) received from Grantees, does grant, bargain, <br />sell, convey and confirm unto PATRICK KEVIN WORTMAN and LINDA LEA <br />WORTMAN, husband and wife, as joint tenants with -right of <br />survivorship and not as tenants in common, herein 'called'' the <br />Grantees, the following- described real estate in Hall County, <br />Nebraska: <br />Lot Eight (8) , Block Six (6) , WiebeIs Addi- tion to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, except the north thirty <br />(30) feet thereof, conveyed to the City of <br />Grand Island by Warranty Deed recorded in <br />Book 132 at Page 289 of the Deed Records of <br />Hall County, Nebraska; <br />TO HAVE AND TO <br />with all tenements, <br />belonging, unto the <br />heirs and assigns of <br />HOLD the above - described premises together <br />hereditaments and appurtenances thereto <br />Grantees and to their assigns, or to the <br />the survivor of them forever. <br />Grantor does hereby covenant with the Grantees that Grantor <br />is lawfully seized of said premises; that they are free from <br />encumbrance; that they are conveyed subject to covenants, condi- <br />tions, restrictions, reservations and easements of record; that <br />Grantor has good right and lawful authority to convey the same; <br />and that Grantor warrants and will defend the title to said <br />premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. <br />It is the intention of all parties hereto that in the event <br />of the death of either of the Grantees, the entire fee simple <br />title to the real estate shall vest in the surviving Grantee. <br />26 <br />ss: <br />1986. <br />Frank Hughes <br />Before me, a Notary Public for said County, personally came <br />Frank Hughes, known to me to be the identical person who signed <br />the foregoing instrument, and he acknowledged the execution <br />thereof to be his voluntary act and deed. <br />Witness my hand and Notarial Seal on <br />November 26 <br />Notary Public <br />STATEMENT A?TACHEp <br />cTarar TAX <br />DEC =��198S <br />
