J if single person <br />borrowed from Norwest an rand Island, <br />National Association, now known as Norwest Bank <br />Nebraska, National Association <br />the principal sum of Twenty -one Thousand ;Five <br />Hundred and no /,100ths--- - - - - -- DOLLARS ($ 21,500.00 :) at 13.50 % per annum, and gave to said <br />Bank a promissory note which provided for payment to be made as follows: <br />Eleven Consecutive Monthly Payments of $250.62 beginning October 1; 1984, and one final <br />balloon payment in the amount of `$21,638.94 due and payable on September 1, 1985. <br />and, WHEREAS, said note is secured by a mortgage /deed of trust on real estate owned by <br />Donald J.:Leifeld and legally described as follows: <br />Parcel 1: Lots One Hundred Seventy -one (171),One Hundred Seventy -two (172) and One Hundred <br />Seventy -three (173), in Belmont, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall Co., NE. <br />Parcel 2: The Southerly Twenty -nine and twenty -five hundredths (29.25) feet of Lot Fifteen (15), <br />Block Cline (9), University Place, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall Lounty, <br />Nebraska, together with the North Half (N;I) of vacated Prospect Street lying South <br />of and adjacent to the south line of said Lot Fifteen, Block Nine, University Place, <br />an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />said mortgage /deed of trust being datedlugust 15 , 1984 , and recorded as Doc.
