HOVER, being first duly sworn upon her oath, deposes <br />and says that she is the wife of Larry Gene Hoover, who resided at <br />3575 Laura Avenue, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; that she is <br />personally well acquainted with the assets owned by her husband; <br />that her husband, Larry Gene Hoover, died September 3, 1986, in <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; that a copy of his Certificate <br />of Death is attached hereto as Exhibit "A "; that her husband left <br />no property separately owned by him and that all property subject to <br />consideration and computation for determinating of any Nebraska <br />Inheritance Tax and Federal Estate Tax was property owned by the <br />decedent in joint tenancy with his wife, Diane 14. Hoover, his <br />surviving spouse; that the total value of all such property, as of <br />September 3, 1986, valued at its fair market value on that date, <br />did not equal or approach the sum of 5400,000; that Diane M. Hoover <br />is entitled to an exemption in computation of either Nebraska <br />Inheritance Tax and Federal Estate Tax of the total value of all <br />such taxable property received by her by reason of the death of the <br />decedent or otherwise, and that there is no Nebraska Inheritance Tax <br />nor Federal Estate Tax due or owing by Diane M. Hoover by reason of <br />property passing to her upon the death of Larry Gene Hoover on <br />September 3, 1986. <br />The real estate owned by the parties in joint tenancy is <br />described as follows: <br />Lot Twenty -Four (24), Westroads <br />Estates 3rd Subdivision, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />DATED this day of ' %,,,�, 1986. <br />Diane M.
