86-406815 <br />NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS <br />NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in the <br />District Court of Hail County, Nebraska, wherein LaVonne N. <br />Fletcher Hansen, is Plaintiff, and Elmer Drugsvold and Winifred <br />K. Drugsvold, husband and wife, are Defendants, the object and <br />prayer of which is to obtain an accounting from the Defendants, <br />Elmer Drugsvold and Winifred K. Drugsvold, husband and wife, of <br />the amount due the Plaintiff under a certain Agreement for Sale <br />and Purchase of Real Estate executed by Elmer Drugsvold and <br />Winifred K. Drugsvold, dated July 13, 1981, and wherein Elmer <br />Drugsvold and Winifred K. Drugsvold, husband and wife, agreed to <br />purchase the following described real estate in Hall County, <br />Nebraska: <br />The Southerly Forty Two and Four Tenths Feet (S 42.4') <br />of Lot Five (5), in Block Twenty Two (22), in College <br />Addition to nest Dawn, City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, <br />to obtain a Eoreclosure of the Agreement for Sale and Purchase of <br />Real Estate and to have the real estate and appurtenances sold to <br />satisfy the amount so found due together with the costs of suit, <br />and to foreclose the Defendants of all right, title, interest, <br />lien, claim, demand, and equity of redemption whatever in and to <br />the real estate aaad appurtenances thereto, together with such <br />Other and further relief as the Court may deem just and <br />equitable. <br />LAVONNE N.
