<br />unimpaired Upon such payment and care by Borrower, this Deed of Trost and the obligations secured hereby shall retain in full force and

<br />Upon acceleration under paragraph 18 besroof or abandonment of the Property. Lender. in person, by agent or by judicially appointed
<br />receiver, shall be entitled to enter upon, take posseidos of and manage the Property and to collect the rents of the Property including those past
<br />due. All rem collected by Lender or the receiver shall be applied fins to payment of the costs of management of the Property and collection of
<br />rents, including, but no limited to, receiver's fees, premiums on reoeiver's bonds and reasonable attorney's fees, and that to the sums secured
<br />by this Deed of Trust. Leader and the receiver shall be liable to account only for those rents actually received.
<br />21. Folre Advaness. Upon request of Borrower, Lander, at bender's option, prior to full rexonveyamx of the Property by Trustee to
<br />Borrower, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with interest thereon, shall be secured by this Deed of Trust when
<br />evidenced by promissory notes stating then said notes an secured hereby. At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtedness secured by
<br />this Deed of Trust, not tthcdvaaoed in accordance herewith to protect the security of this Deed of Trust, exceed the original amount
<br />of the Note plus U.S. S '
<br />22. 1Ratweneyasee. Upon payment of all sums secured by this Deed of Trust, Lender shall request Trustee to recornvey the Property and
<br />shall surrender nde.r this Deed of Trust and all notes evidencing indebtedness secured by this Dad of Trust to Trustee. Trustee shall reocinvey the
<br />Property without warranty and without charge to the person or persons legally entitled thereto. Such person or persons shall pay all costs of
<br />recordation, if any:
<br />23. Sabodbe a TrsaMC. L ender, at Lmder's option, may from time to time remove Trustee and appoint a sty trustee to any Trustee
<br />appointed hereunder by an instrument recorded in the county in which this Deed of Trust is recorded. Without conveyance of the Property, the
<br />successor trustee shall suteceed to all the title, power and duties conferred upon the Trustee herein and by applicable law.
<br />24. Requm for Ned ens. Borrower requests that copies of the notice of default and notice of sale be sent to Borrower's address which is
<br />the Property Address.
<br />25. Borrower further regrets that copies of the notice of default and notice of sale be sent to each person who is a party hereto at the
<br />address of such person set forth harm.
