TRUSTEE'S DEED
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: 00
<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantor is the Trustee under the
<br />terms of a certain Deed of Trust dated : May 18, 1984, and filed
<br />for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Document Number 84- 002782 on May '24, 1984, Wherein
<br />Bernard L. Dobesh and Velma L. Dobesh,- husband and wife, were
<br />identified as Trustor;
<br />WHEREAS, said Trustee has upon default of the Trustor of the
<br />obligations contained in such Deed of Trust caused such Notice of
<br />Default and Notice of Sale to be filed, given and published as
<br />required by Nebraska Trust Deeds Act contained in Chapter 76,
<br />Article 10 of the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act.
<br />WHEREAS, a public sale of the real estate hereinafter
<br />described was conducted on the date and at the time and place
<br />designated in the Notice of Sale; and
<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantee offered the highest bid at
<br />such public auction.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I AREND R. BAACK, Trustee under a certain
<br />Deed of Trust dated May 18, 1984, filed for record with the Hall
<br />County Register of Deeds as Document No. 84- 002782, herein called
<br />the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sun of THIRTY FOUR_
<br />THOUSAND AND'_NO /100------------------------------- Dollars ( 34# ,nnn.00 )
<br />received from Grantee, do hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell,
<br />convey and confirm unto HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS & LOAN ASSOCIATION OF
<br />GRAM ISLAND, NEBRASKA, herein called the Grantee, the following -
<br />described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />The Northerly Ninety -Five and One -Half (95})
<br />Feet of Fractional Lot Four (4) in Fractional
<br />Block One Hundred One (101) in Koenig and
<br />Wiebe's Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, and its complement,
<br />Fractional Lot Four (4) in Fractional Block
<br />One Hundred One (101) in Railroad Addition to
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska;
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together
<br />with all the buildings, improvements, hereditaments and appurte-
<br />nances thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee and to Grantee's
<br />successors and assigns forever.
