Poland, as Buyers, have entered <br />into a contract in which the Sellers sell to the Buyers property <br />known as: <br />The South Half (SD of the Southwest Quarter (SW}) <br />of Section Twenty -Six (26) in Township Eleven (11) <br />North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., in <br />Hall County, Nebraska <br />containing 75.32 acres, more or less, according <br />to the government survey thereof, and subject to <br />the claim of School District No. 28 to the half <br />acre tract in the Southeast corner of said land <br />as conveyed to said district by deed from Henry <br />Kruse and wife, recorded in Book F, Page 247, of <br />the records of said Hall County, and less the tract <br />conveyed by Herman Scheel and Minnie Scheel, husband <br />and wife, to the State of Nebraska by warranty <br />deed filed of record as Document No. 80- 006676 <br />on November 19, 1980. <br />The escrow agent for said transaction is Five Points Bank, <br />Grand Island, Nebraska and the final payment to be made thereon <br />is on March 1, 1992. <br />ROBERT K.
