<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that.Five Points Bank, :rand Island, NE
<br />( "Assignor ") for good and valuable consideration to it in hand paid by Superior
<br />Mortgage, Inc., organized under the laws of the State of Nebraska (Assignee "),
<br />the receipt of which consideration is hereby acknowledged, doe6.hereby assign,
<br />transfer and set over unto Assignee all Its rights, title and interest in and to
<br />that certain Deed of Trust executed by Collins S. Albers and Renee L. Albers
<br />unto Five Points Bank, Grand Island, NE , Trustee, dated November 3 ,
<br />1986, covering the folicwing- described real property located in the County of
<br />Hall , State of Nebraska: Lots Seven (7) and Ten (10), and that part of Lot
<br />Eleven (11), more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Westerly corner of Lot Eleven
<br />(11) (which is also the Northwest corner of Lot Seven), thence in a Northeasterly direction on the
<br />Northerly line of said Lot Eleven (11), a distance of 71.5 Feet, thence in a Southeasterly direction or
<br />a line at right angles to the Northerly lot line, a distance of 49.0 Feet to a point on the Southerly
<br />line of said Lot 11, (which is also the Northeast corner of Lot 10), thence Westerly on the Southerly
<br />lot line of said Lot 11 a distance of 86.5 Feet to the point of beginning, all being in Block Four (4),
<br />Resubdivision of Block Four (4), Second Addition to Holcomb's Higc�hway Home Subdivision, in the
<br />Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NEI NE}) of Section - Twenty Eight (28), Township
<br />Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />and filed for recorc� in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska on the tlth day of November , 19 86, and appearing of record
<br />as Document # 86- 106356 , together with the note(s) and indebtedness
<br />described in and secured by the instrument aforesaid.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Superior Mortgage, Inc.,
<br />and unto its successors and assigns forever.
<br />THIS ASSIGNMENT IS MADE expressly subject to and in accordance with the
<br />warranties and representations of Assignor with Assignee pursuant to a certain
<br />Mortgage Loan Origination Agreement between Assignor and Assignee, a copy of
<br />which is on fife in the Office of Assignee.
