106662 <br />s6�1 <br />WARRANTY DEED <br />1. The City of Grand Island, Nebraska, by action of its <br />City Council on September 22, 1986, enacted Ordinance No. 7298 <br />which directed the conveyance of the real estate described below <br />and the manner and terms thereof. <br />2. Ordinance No. 7298 was published in the Grand Island <br />Daily Independent according to law, and notice of such sale and <br />the terms thereof was published in the Grand Island Daily <br />Independent for three consecutive weeks, on September 30, October <br />1, and October 13, 1986, all as required by Section 16 -202, <br />R.R.S. 1943. <br />3. No remonstrance against such sale was filed with the <br />City Council of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, within thirty <br />days of the passage and publication of Ordinance No. 7298. <br />4. Section 5 of Ordinance No. 7298 provides that if no <br />remonstrance be filed against such conveyance, the Mayor and City <br />Clerk- Finance Director shall make, execute, and deliver to <br />KENNETH J. KOTINEK and ELENA M. KOTINEK, husband and wife, a <br />warranty deed for said real estate, and the execution of such <br />deed is hereby authorized without further action on behalf of the <br />City Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, a <br />municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, as Grantor, in <br />consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) received from Grantees, <br />does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto <br />KENNETH J. KOTINEK and ELENA M. KOTINEK, <br />husband and wife, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, <br />herein called the Grantees, the following described real <br />property: <br />The northerly 44 feet of Lot 5, Block 2, Nagy's <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska; and <br />That part of the northerly 25 feet of the southerly 88 <br />feet of Lot 5, Block 2, Nagy's Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly <br />described as commencing at the southwesterly corner of <br />said Lot 5; thence northerly along the westerly line of <br />said Lot 5 for 63 feet to the true point of beginning; <br />thence northerly for 25 feet along the westerly line of <br />said Lot 5; thence easterly for 56.05 feet; thence <br />southerly for 12.60 feet; thence westerly for 11.80 <br />feet; thence southerly for 12.40 feet; thence westerly <br />for 44.25 feet, to the point of beginning. <br />U <br />� <br />J <br />
