Smidt, husband and <br />wife, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of <br />THIRTY THOUSAND AND N01100 DOLLARS ($30,000.00) receipt <br />of which is hereby acknowledged, conveys to Alvin J. Gembala <br />and Edean A. Gembala, husband and wife, Grantee, the <br />following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. <br />Stat.
