86-106510 <br />STATE OF MISSOURI, COUNTY - <br />Laurence Earl Brandt, being first duly sworn, upon oath <br />deposes and says: <br />1. This Affidavit is executed to be filed of record as to the <br />following described real estate situated in Hall County, <br />Nebraska: <br />Lot One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), <br />Six (6), Seven (7) and Eight (8), all in Block one <br />(1), in Clark's Addition to the Village of Wood River, <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />2. He is the "Laurence Earl Brandt" who was a Grantee in the <br />Warranty Deed dated August 2, 1974, filed of record in the Office <br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on July 22, <br />1975, recorded in Book 178 at Page 699, whereby the above <br />described real estate was conveyed to "Laurence Earl Brandt and <br />Maxine D. Brandt, husband and wife." <br />3. He is the "Laurence Earl Brandt" who was one of the Grantors <br />in the Joint Tenancy Warranty Deed dated August 14, 1986, filed <br />of record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, on September 12, 1986, recorded as Document No. 86- <br />105192. <br />4. He knows of his own personal knowledge he is not the <br />"Laurence Earl Brandt" who was a Respondent in a proceeding for <br />Dissolution of Marriage in the District Court of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, Case No. 72 -247, brought by DeAnn Ruth Brandt. <br />G <br />5.
