<br />NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS
<br />NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in the
<br />District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein Universal
<br />Mortgage Corporation of Wisconsin, is Plaintiff, and Mark A.
<br />Stempel, Kristin K. Warm (formerly Kristin K. Stempel), and Jon
<br />B. Mayberry and Linda M. Mayberry, Husband and Wife, are
<br />Defendants, the object and prayer of which is to obtain ar
<br />accounting from the Defendants, Mark A. Stempel, Kristin K. Warm
<br />(formerly Kristin K. Stempel), Jon B. Mayberry and Linda M.
<br />Mayberry, Husband and Wife, of the amount due the Plaintiff on a
<br />certain Mortgage executed by Mark A. Stempel and Kristin K.
<br />Stempel, now known as Kristin K. Warm, to First Federal Savings
<br />and Loan Association of Lincoln, Nebraska, dated June 14, 1983,
<br />and recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, on June 14, 1983, as Document No. 83-003008,
<br />which was assigned to Universal Mortrgage Corporation of
<br />Wisconsin, on June 15, 1983, and recorded in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on June 299 1983, as
<br />Document No. 83- 0034259 which Mortgage was subsequently assumed
<br />by Jon B. Mayberry and Linda M. Mayberry on June 24, 1985, by
<br />Survivorship Warranty Deed recorded in the Office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on June 26, 1985, as Document
<br />No. 85- 003043. In the above- described Mortgage, Mark A. Stempel
<br />and Kristin K. Stempel, now known as Kristin K. Warm, conveyed to
<br />Plaintiff, which conveyance was subsequently assumed by Jon B.
<br />Mayberry and Linda M. Mayberry, the following described real
<br />estate in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Two (2), Lepant Subdivision, in the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />to obtain a foreclosure of the Mortgage and to have the same
<br />declared a lien on the interest of Mark A. Stempel, Kristin K.
<br />Warm (formerly Kristin K. Stempel), Jon B. Mayberry, and Linda M.
<br />Mayberry, and the real estate and appurtenances thereto, to have
<br />the real estate and appurtenances sold to satisfy the amount so
<br />found due together with the costs of suit, and to foreclose the
<br />Defendants of all right, title, interest, lien, claim, demand,
<br />and equity of redemption whatever in and to the real estate and
<br />appurtenances thereto, together with such other and further
<br />relief as the Court may deem just and equitable.
