<br />NOTICE OF DEFAULT
<br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
<br />WHEREAS, Roderick De Maranville, a single person, as
<br />Trustor, on June 30, 1983, made, executed, and delivered to
<br />Stewart Title Guaranty Company, as Trustee, a Deed of Trust
<br />covering the following described property, to wit:
<br />Lot Seven (7), in Block Four (4), Olde Mill
<br />Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska
<br />WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust was given as security for
<br />the payment of a certain note on the same date by Roderick De
<br />Maranville, a single person, to Superior Mortgage, Inc., the
<br />Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust, which Deed of Trust was
<br />recorded on July 1, 1963, in the office of the Register of Deeds,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 83- 003534; and
<br />WHEREAS, the said Superior Mortgage, Inc. duly executed
<br />a written Assignment of the Deed of Trust to Norwest Mortgage,
<br />Inc., on July 5, 1983, and thereupon delivered the Deed of Trust
<br />and said written Assignment thereof to Norwest Mortgage, Inc. in
<br />the regular course of business and for a valuable consideration,
<br />which Assignment of Deed of Trust was recorded in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska, on October 7,
<br />1983, as Document No. 83- 005392; and
<br />WHEREAS, the said Norwest Mortgage, Inc. duly executed
<br />a written Assignment of the Deed of Trust to The Lomas and
<br />Nettleton Company on February 28, 1985, and thereupon delivered
<br />the Deed of Trust and said written Assignment thereof to The
<br />Lomas and Nettleton Company in the regular course of business and
<br />for a valuable consideration, which Assignment of Deed of Trust
<br />was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, an September 3, 1985, as Document No. 85- 004258;
<br />and
<br />WHEREAS, the said The Lomas and Nettleton Company duly
<br />executed a Substitution of Trustee on October 1, 1986, removing
<br />Stewart Title Guaranty Company as original Trustee and appointing
<br />Mary Kay Pryor as successor Trustee, which Substitution of
<br />Trustee was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, on October 20, 1986, as Docket Number
<br />86- 105932; and
<br />WHEREAS, a breach of the obligation for which the trust
<br />property was conveyed as security has occurred, to wit: Roderick
<br />De Maranville, a single person, has wholly failed, neglected, and
<br />refused to pay the principal and interest due for the months of
<br />January 1986 through October 1986, inclusive, on said note, to
<br />the Beneficiary;
<br />THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the undersigned
<br />Trustee at the request of the Beneficiary, and in consequence of
<br />said default, has elected to sell, or cause to be sold, the
<br />above- described real estate to satisfy-said obligation.
