CANCELLATION OF NOTICE OF DEFAULT <br />The undersigned hereby cancels the Notice of Default filed <br />for record August 22, 1986, and recorded as document #86- 104770 <br />in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,, Nebraska, <br />which Notice of Default refers to the Trust Deed executed by <br />Richard K. Eberl and Delores A. Eberl as Trustors in which Five <br />Points Bank is named as beneficiary and William G. Blackburn is <br />named as Trustee, and filed for record on October 7, 1985, as <br />instrument #85- 004917 in the office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Hall County, Nebraska, covering the following described real <br />estate: <br />The Northerly 90 feet of the Westerly Forty -Four <br />(44) feet of Lot Four (4), in Block Twenty -Three <br />(23), in Nagy's Addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, Nebraska, subject to an easement for the <br />benefit of the Westerly 22 feet of said Lot Four <br />(4) and the Westerly 29 feet of the Northerly 93.1 <br />feet of Lot Three (3), in said Bock 23 for sanitary <br />sewer connecting line where the same is now located <br />and for telephone and electrical power lines over, <br />under and across the premises hereby described. <br />DATED October 31, 1966. <br />William G.
