MANNING, husband and wife, <br />jointly and severally and each in their own right, herein called <br />the Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of mighty <br />Thousand and No /100 Dollars ($80,000.00) received from Grantee, <br />do grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto PHYLLIS J. <br />AMBROSE, a married woman, herein called the Grantee, the <br />following- described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lot One (1), Block One Hundred Fifty -Two (152), <br />in Union Pacific Railroad Company's Second <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together <br />with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto <br />belonging, unto the said Grantee and to Grantee's heirs and <br />assigns forever.
