Alhprs and R n— _ Alh rep huchand and wife ( "Trustor "), <br />under that certain Deed of Trust dated November 3. 1986 1 ( "Deed of <br />Trust ") to be entered into among Trustor, Five Points Rank, C.rand Wand- Mr- <br />("Trustee") and Five Points Bank. Grand Island. NE ( "Benef is iary" ) <br />covering the following described property: <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: <br />Lots Seven (7) and Ten (10), and that part of Lot Eleven (11), more particularly described <br />as follows: Beginning at the Westerly corner of Lot Eleven (11), (which is also the Northwest <br />corner of Lot Seven ), thence in a Northeasterly direction on the Northerly line of said Lot <br />Eleven (11) , a distance of 71.5 Feet, thence in a Southeasterly direction on a line at right <br />angles to the Northerly lot line, a distance of 49.0 Feet to a point on the Southerly line of <br />said Lot 11, (which is also the Northeast corner of Lot 10), thence Westerly on the Southerly <br />lot line of said Lot 11 a distance of 86.5 Feet to the point of beginning, all being in Block <br />Four (4), Resubdivision of Block Four (4), Second Addition to Holcomb's Highway Horne <br />Subdivision, in the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NE} NE}) of Section Twenty <br />E' ht (28), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, <br />hkgeknowledge that it is understood that (a) the Deed of Trust to be <br />executed by Trustor is a trust deed and not a mortgage and (b) the power <br />of sale provided for in the Deed of Trust provides substantially different <br />rights and obligations to the Trustor than a mortgage in the event of a <br />default or breach of obligation. <br />'t <br />.Trustor acknowledges that this Acknowledgment was made prior to the <br />execution of the Deed of Trust. <br />Executed and delivered this 3rd day of Nnvemht-r 19 As <br />Trustor(Collins S.
