ASSIGNMENT OF INDENTURE OF
<br />TRUST AND MORTGAGE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that THE OVERLAND NATIONAL
<br />BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, Grand Island, Nebraska, as Trustee, for
<br />valuable consideration, the receipt and adequacy of which is
<br />hereby acknowledged, does hereby sell, assign, transfer and
<br />deliver unto FIVE POINTS. BANK, Grand Island, Nebraska, as
<br />Successor Trustee, a certain Identure of Trust and Mortgage,
<br />dated November 15, 1981, made by the County of Hall, Nebraska, in
<br />favor of THE OVERLAND NATIONAL BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, as Trustee, conveying the property described on
<br />the attached Exhibit "A ", situated in Hall County, State of
<br />Nebraska, and which said Identure of Trust and Mortgage was
<br />recorded in the records of said County on the 8th day of December
<br />in the year 1981, as Document No. 81- 006050, together with the
<br />notes or obligations therein described, without recourse in any
<br />event or for any cause.
<br />TO HAVE TO HOLD the same unto the said Five Points Bank,
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, as Successor Trustee, and to its suc-
<br />cessors and assigns forever, subject only to the provisions in
<br />said Indenture of Trust and Mortgage contained.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Overland National Bank of Grand
<br />Island, Grand Island Nebraska, Trustee, has hereunto set its
<br />hand and seal this {'� day of October, 1986.

<br />acknowledged the execution thereof to be his voluntary act and
<br />deed as such officer and the voluntary act and deed of said
<br />bank.
