DEED OF DISTRIBUTION BY PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE 86-- 1069,56 <br />Henry E. Shipman, Personal Representative of the Estate of Herbert H. Shipman, <br />Deceased, GRANTOR, coveys and releases to Helen I. Shipman, Henry E. Shipman, Larry <br />E. Fenton, Karen Sue Floodman, and Beverly Ann Freudenreich, GRANTEES, the following <br />described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76 -201): <br />An undivided one -half interest in and to the following described real <br />estate, to -wit: <br />All of Tract "M" as shown on the plat of the Subdivision of Lot 10 <br />Stehr's Subdivision of Part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest <br />Quarter of Section 11, Township 11, North, Range 9, West of the 6th <br />P. M., more particularly described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Lot 10; thence northerly <br />along the East line of said Lot 10 a distance of 73 feet; thence <br />West at right angles a distance of 103.7 feet; thence South at <br />right angles parallel with the East line of said Lot 10 a distance <br />of 73 feet; thence in an easterly direction at right angles along <br />the south line of said Lot 10 a distance of 103.7 feet to the place <br />of beginning being a rectangular tract 73 feet in width and 103.7 <br />feet in length, all in Hall County, Nebraska. <br />GRANTOR has determined that the GRANTEES are the person entitled to <br />distribution of the real estate from said estate. GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEES <br />that GRANTOR has legal power and lawful authority to convey and release the same. <br />The foregoing real estate is conveyed to the GRANTEES in the following <br />interests, to -wit: Decedent Herbert H. Shipman's undivided one -half interest <br />in the real estate described herein to Helen I. Shipman, spouse of Decedent <br />Herbert H. Shipman, the life use thereof; after the death of the said Helen <br />I. Shipman, Henry E. Shipman has the life use thereof; and upon the death of <br />Henry E. Shipman, the undivided one -half interest in said real estate to <br />Larry E. Fenton, Karen Sue Floodman, and Beverly Ann Freudenreich, in equal <br />shares. <br />Executed October 24th, 1986.
