r- AUDIFICATION AND EXTLNSION AGREEMENT 8e— 106226 CHARLES R. ENCINGER and MARY E. ENCINGER, Husband and Wife, whether one or more, herein called the Afortgagor, and THE OVERLAND NATIONAL [SANK OF GRAM ISLAND, Grand Island, Nebraska, herein called the Mortgagee, hereby agree as follows: 1. Mortgagor has executed and delivered to Mortgagee a real estate mortgage dated October 25, 1983, and recorded on October 25, 1983, as Document No. 83-005701 in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, in consideration of a certain mortgage note for $25,000.00, a valid subsisting obligation of the Mortgagor, and payment of the remainder of the principal and accrued interest thereon shall be due according to the terms of the aforementioned real estate Mortgage, modified and payable in the following manner: A mortgage note dated October 25, 1983, on which a principal balance of $19,584.51 now remains unpaid, will be repaid in monthly payments of $400.00, applied first to interest and balance to principal, beginning November 25, 1986 and on the 25th day of every month until October 25, 1989, at which time the entire principal balance and accrued interest is due and payable in full. Interest will accrue at .5% below The Overland National Bank Reference Rate at a beginning rate of 10.5% from October 25, 1986. 2. All other terms and conditions contained in the original real estate mortgage dated October 25, 1983, shall remain the same, and this Modifica- tion Agreement is made a part of the original real estate mortgage by reference and shall inure to all successors and assigns and their heirs.
