<br />KNOW ALL MEW BY THESE PRESENTS; that Twylla Stevens a /k /a Twylla M.
<br />Stevens, a single woman, Grantor, does hereby grant, bargain, sell,
<br />convey, and confirm unto The Equitable Building and Loan Association of
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, a Nebraska corporation, Grantee, the following
<br />described real estate:
<br />The Northerly Forty -One Feet (41') of Lot Twenty -Seven (27),
<br />and Southerly Twenty -Eight Feet (281) of Lot Twenty -Eight (28),
<br />in West Heights Second Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />together with all the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances to the
<br />sane belonging, and all the estate, title, right of hanestead, claim or
<br />demand, whatsoever, of, in or to the same, or any part thereof, in
<br />consideration of the full cancellation and satisfaction of the mortgage
<br />to The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />recorded October 6, 1977 as document number 77- 005812, filed in the
<br />Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />This Deed is an absolute conveyance, the Grantor having conveyed
<br />said real estate to the Grantee for fair and adequate consideration,
<br />such consideration being full satisfaction of the obligation secured by
<br />the mortgage of Grantor recorded as Document 77- 005812 together with
<br />cancellation of the Bond given by Grantor with the above mortgage.
<br />Grantor declares that this conveyance is freely and fairly made,
<br />and that there are no agreements, oral or written, other than this
<br />Deed between Grantor and Grantee, with respect to said real estate.
<br />To HAVE AND TO HOD the above- described real estate with the
<br />appurtenances thereto, unto the said The Equitable Building and Loan
<br />Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, a Nebraska corporation, and its
<br />successors and assigns forever, and the Grantor, for herself and her
<br />heirs and assigns, hereby covenants with the Grantee and with Grantee's
<br />successors and assigns, that the Grantor is lawfully seized of said
<br />premises; that the Grantor has good and lawful authority to convey the
<br />same; and that the Grantor warrants and will defend the title to said
<br />premises unto the said Grantee and its successors and assigns against
<br />the lawful claims of all persons whensoever.
