96-.06 106183 <br />PARTIAL <br />DEED OF RECONVZYANCE <br />This Deed, made this 28th day of October, 1986, by and <br />between John A. Wolf, Trustee; lae First National Bank of Grand <br />island, Grand Island, Nebraska, Beneficiary; and Larry D. coffin <br />and Mae E. Coffin, Trustor(s). <br />Whereas, Trustor(s), for valuable consideration and in order <br />to secure to Beneficiary the payment of said valuable considera- <br />tion, did execute a Trust Deed, which was filed on May 30, 1984, <br />recorded in the office of the Clerk of the county of Hall <br />and identified as document number 84- 002867 , convey <br />to Trustee, his successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real <br />estate described in said Deed as follows, to -wit: <br />All of Lots Five (5), Six (6) and Seven (7), <br />in Block Five (5), in South Grand Island Ad- <br />dition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, subject to easements, re- <br />strictions, and rights of way of record, <br />and <br />All of Lots Four (4) and Five (5), in Block <br />Eight (8), Rollin's Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, subject <br />to easements, restrictions, and rights of way <br />of record. <br />dnd the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and <br />Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said <br />Trust Deed to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned <br />and described be now released to said Trustor(s). <br />Therefore, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, con- <br />vey and quitclaim unto said Trustor(s) all right, title, interest, <br />cl,,im and demand whatsoever which he had acquired in and through <br />the above - described Trust Deed, together with all appurtenances <br />Laid privileges thereunto belonging or appertaining. <br />3oHN WOLV - TRUSTEE <br />SUBSCRIBED and sworn to before me on October 28, 1986. <br />gov <br />r-�- NON 40d N Y PUBLIC <br />WNW CACV <br />
