MODIFICATION AND EXTENSION AGREEMENT <br />86-00- 100110 <br />Allan .T_ laarreor ctrl {.ai 1 R_ r+ iH Ste& Wife , whether <br />one or more; herein called the Mortgagor, and FIVE POINTS BANK of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska herein called the Mortgagee, hereby agree <br />as follows: <br />1. Mortgagor has executed and delivered to Mortgagee a first <br />Real Estate Mortgage dated 10/11/83 and recorded 10/17/83 <br />as Document No. 83- 005516 in the office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, in consideration of the <br />Mortgagee's certain Promissory vote for $ 22,196.88 , which is a <br />valid subsisting obligation of the Mortgagor and that payment of the <br />remainder of the principal and accrued interest thereon will be due <br />according to the terms of the aforementioned first Real Estate Mort- <br />gage, modified and payable in the following manner: <br />Loan No. 10353 with a present balance of $21,795.40 shall be <br />extended for three years at 10.5 %. Payments shall remain <br />the same with the balloon payment due on October 11, 1989. <br />2.
