<br />GEORGE STANEK and VIOLA STANEK, husband and wife, each
<br />in his and her own right and as spouse of the other, herein
<br />called the Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum
<br />of $1.00 and other consideration received from Grantees,
<br />do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto
<br />EMIL SCHAAF and BEVERLY SCHAAF, husband and wife, as tenants
<br />in common the following described real estate situated in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />The East Half of the Southeast Quarter (E'SE;),
<br />Lots One (1), Two (2) and Three (3) on Island, the Northeast
<br />Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NEaNWa), and Lots Two (2)
<br />and Three (3) Mainland, in Section Ten (10); the Southwest
<br />Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW;SW;) of Section Eleven
<br />(11); and the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
<br />(NEkNEk) of Section Fifteen (15); all in Township Ten
<br />(10) North, Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M.;
<br />Lot Numbered Four (4), Mainland, in the Northeast
<br />Quarter (NE;) of Section Ten (10), Township Ten (10) North,
<br />Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M.;
<br />The East Half of the Northeast Quarter (E'NE;), also
<br />described as the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
<br />(NE;NE;), and Lot One (1) of Section Twenty -three (23),
<br />Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10), West of the 6th
<br />P.M., containing 78 acres, more or less;
<br />Lot Numbered One (1) and the Southeast Quarter of
<br />the Northeast Quarter (SE;NE;) of Section Twenty -four (24),
<br />Township Ten (10) North, Range Eleven (11), West of the 6th
<br />P.M.,
<br />Lots Three (3) and Four (4), and the .Northwest Quarter
<br />of the Southwest Quarter (NW;Swk) of Section Twenty -two (22);
<br />and Lot One (1) on Island, in Section Twenty -seven (27), all
<br />in Township Nine (9) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the
<br />6th P.M., containing 138 acres more or less;
<br />Less public highways.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described,
<br />together with all the tenements, hereditaments and
<br />appurtenances thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantees
<br />and to their heirs and assigns forever. And we hereby
<br />covenant with the said Grantees and with their heirs and
<br />assigns, that we are lawsfully seized of said premises, that
<br />they are free from encumbrance except public highways;
<br />and that we have good right and lawful authority to sell
<br />the same; and we hereby covenant to warrant and defend
<br />the title to said premises against the lawful claims
<br />of all persons whomsoever. And the said Grantors
<br />hereby relinquish all right, title, claim and interest
<br />in and to the above described premises.
