<br />Plat of a tract of land comprising the easterly Three and Four Tenths (3.4)
<br />feet of the westerly Two Hundred Sixty Six (266.0) feet of the northerly Six
<br />(6.0) feet of the southerly Sixty Five and five Tenths (65.5) feet of Lot Nine
<br />(9), County Subdivision of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W2 SWU of
<br />Section Fifteen (15), Township Eleven (11) North, Range wine (9) West of the
<br />6th P.M. in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
