Wolf, Trustee; The First National Hank of Grand Island, Grand Island, Nebraska, Beneficiary; and Larry D. Coffin and Mae E. Coffin, Trustor(s). Whereas, Trustor(s), for valuable consideration and in order to secure to Beneficiary the payment of said valuable considera- tion, did execute a Trust Deed, which was filed on May.30, 1984, recorded in the office of the Clerk of the county of Hall and identified as document number 84- 002868 , convey to Trustee, his successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate described in said Deed as follows, to -wit: Lot Four and the Westerly 56 feet.of Lot 3, all in Block 17, in Kernohan and Decker's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, subject to all easements, restrictions, and rights of way of record, and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Trust Deed to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and described be now released to said Trustor(s). Therefore, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, con- vey and quitclaim unto said Trustor(s) all right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever which he had acquired in and through the above - described Trust Deed, together with all appurtenances and privileges thereunto belonging or appertaining.
