State of Nebraska the following dwerrbed premium dtaated <br />in Hall county, and State of Nebraska . to-wit: <br />All of Lots Five (5), Six (6), and Seven (7), in Block Five <br />(5), in South Grand Island Addition to the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska, subject to easements, restrictions, and <br />rights -of -way of record; and, <br />All of Lots Four (4) and Five (5), in Block Eight (8), Rollin's <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, sub- <br />ject to easements, restrictions, and rights -of -way of record <br />The intention being to convey hereby an absolute title in fee simple, including all the rights of homestead and dower. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described. with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging, unto the said <br />mortgagee(s) and to his, her or their heirs and assigns forever, provided always, and these presents are upon the express <br />condition that if the said mortgagor(s), his, her or their heirs, executors, administrators or assigns shall pay or cause to be <br />paid to the said mortgagee(s), his, her or their heirs, executors, administrators or assigns, the principal sum of $66, 816.35 <br />payable as follows, to wit: <br />Interest fun October 22, 1986, on said principal at the rate of twelve (12) <br />percent per annum, payable in one hundred ten (110) equal principal and <br />interest installments on installments of $1,004.30 on the 25th day of each month <br />beginning November 25, 1986, and thereafter for a total of 110 months. Final <br />payment, unless sooner paid, shall be due and payable on December 25, 1995. <br />All installments of principal and accrued interest not paid when due shall <br />bear interest after the due date of thirteen (13) percent. <br />with interest according to the tenor and effect of the mortgagors written promissory note bearing even date with these presents <br />and shall pay all taxes and assessments levied upon said real estate, and all other taxes, levies and assessments levied upon this <br />mortgage or the note which this mortgage is given to secure, before the same becomes delinquent, and keep the lvrildings on <br />said premises insured for the sum of 5 , loss, if any, payable to the said mortgagee, then these presents <br />to be void, otherwise to be and remain in full force. <br />IT IS FURTHER AGREED (1) That if the said mortgagor shall fail to pay such taxes or procure such insurance, the <br />said mortgagee may pay such taxes and procure such insurance; and the sum so advanced, with interest at 16 per <br />cent, shall be repaid by said mortgagor, and this mortgage shall stand as security for the same.
