DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />S6.106054 <br />This deed, made this 21st day of October !, 19 86 , <br />between Norwest Bank Nebraska, National Association, Trustee; Norwest Bank <br />Nebraska, National Association, Beneficiary; and Norman E. Anderson and <br />Sonya M Anderson, as husband and wife Trustors. <br />Whereas, Trustor(s), for valuable consideration and in order to secure <br />to Beneficiary the payment of said valuable consideration, did execute a Trust <br />Deed, which was filed on January 12, 1986 , recorded in the office of <br />the Clerk of the County of Hall , and identified as document number <br />86- 100177 , convey to Trustee, his successors or assigns, <br />a certain parcel of real estate described in the said deed as follows, to -wit: <br />Lot Seven (7) and the Westerly Seven Feed (W 7') of Lot Eight (8), <br />all in Block Nine (9), in Morris Fifth Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and Beneficiary <br />has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Trust Deed to Trustee in <br />the said property hereinbefore mentioned and described be now released to said <br />Trustor(s). <br />Therefore, the undersigned, Trustee, does hereby release, convey and <br />quit claim unto said Trustor(s) all right, title, interest, claim and demand <br />whatsoever which he had acquired in and through the above - described Trust Deed, <br />together with all appurtenances and privileges thereunto belonging or,apper* -„ <br />taining. <br />NORWEST BANK NEBRASKA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, <br />Trustee, <br />By: - <br />SUBSCRIBED and sworn to before me this day of <br />19 <br />ml <br />Notary Public <br />fM tLeAM/ff t <br />allr Im 41!M <br />F <br />
