86— :joeMS <br />NOTICE OF DEFAULT <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />You are hereby notified that Faidley Avenue Limited <br />Partnership, G & K Investment Partnership, Trustor, did on or <br />about the 17th day of October, 1983, make, execute and deliver <br />unto Tower Financial, Inc., now known as CFS Mortgage <br />Corporation, as Trustee, a Trust Deed wherein said Trustor <br />conveyed the following- described real property: <br />Lots One and Two (I & 2) in T V N Subdivision, in <br />the city of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained <br />from Tower Financial, Inc., now known as CFS Mortgage <br />Corporation, Beneficiary of said Trust Deed, which Trust Deed was <br />recorded on the 18th day of October, 1983, in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. <br />83- 005560. <br />Commercial Federal Savings and Loan Association has been <br />appointed successor Trustee, pursuant to a Substitution of <br />Trustee filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of <br />an obligation of the Trustor for which the Trust property was <br />conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustor has failed to <br />pay the Beneficiary payments which were contractually due from <br />December 1, 1983, through this date, together with interest <br />accruing thereon. <br />You are further notified that the successor Trustee has <br />elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together <br />with interest thereon, at once due and payable and has elected to <br />sell or cause to be sold the real property described in said <br />Trust Deed to satisfy said obligation. <br />DATED this /0•P day of oc"Seoz , 1986. <br />COMMERCIAL FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN <br />ASSOC IAT -ION, Successor Tr us tee, <br />By i 1 1 ! - <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA) 2 lam n r „ ice rest ent <br />ss <br />COUNTY OF DOUGLAS) <br />The foregoing Notice of Default was acknowledged before me <br />on the 16A0 day of de74seA , 1986, by William G.
