DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />86— 105na <br />The deed, made this 20th day of October , 19 86 a <br />between Norwast Bank Nebveaka, N.A. formerly Norwest Bank Grand Island,N.A., <br />Trustee: Noswest Bank Nebraska, N.A., formerly Norwest Bank Grand Island, N.A., <br />Beneficiary; and Raloh E Austin, Jr and Erect M. Austin,yd and wife a <br />Trustors, <br />Whereas, Trustor(s), for valuable consideration and in order to secure to <br />Beneficiary the payment of said valuable consideration, did execute a Trust <br />Deed, which was filed on September 19, 1985 , recorded in the <br />office of the Clerk of the County of Hall , and identified as document <br />number 85- 01!6581 , convey to Trustee, his successors or assigns, <br />a certain parcel of-real estate described in the said deed as follows, to -wit: <br />Lot Nine (9), Block Fifteen (15), H. G.
