<br />SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE
<br />The Lomas and Nettleton Company, Beneficiary under a
<br />certain Deed of Trust dated June 30, 1983, and recorded in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on July
<br />1, 1983, as Document No. 83- 003534, wherein Roderick De
<br />Maranville, a single person, is Trustor, Superior Mortgage, Inc.,
<br />is Beneficiary., and Stewart Title Guaranty Company is Trustee,
<br />covering the following described property, to wit:
<br />Lot Seven (7) , in Block Four (4) , Olde Mill
<br />Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska
<br />and which Deed of Trust was subsequently assigned by Superior
<br />Mortgage, Inc. to Norwest Mortgage, Inc. by Assignment dated July
<br />5, 1983, and recorded on October 7, 1983, in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No.
<br />83- 005392, and which Deed of Trust was subsequently assigned by
<br />Norwest Mortgage, Inc., to The Lomas and Nettleton Company, by
<br />Assignment dated February 28, 1985, and recorded on September 3,
<br />1985, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Document No. 85- 004258, does hereby remove Stewart
<br />Title Guaranty Company as Trustee thereunder and does hereby
<br />appoint and substitute Mary Kay Pryor, Attorney at Law, 500
<br />Electric Building, Omaha, NE 68102, as Trustee thereunder.
