Poland, husband and wife, as Trustors, did on or about the 31st day of July, 1984, make, execute and deliver unto Commercial Federal Savings and Loan Association, as Trustee, a Trust Deed wherein said Trustors conveyed the following - described real property: Lot 7, in Block 2, in Dickey Third Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Tower Financial, Inc., now known as CFS Mortgage Corporation, Beneficiary of said Trust Deed, which Trust Deed was recorded on the list day of July, 1984, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 94-0n4017. You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustors for which the Trust property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustors have failed to pay the Beneficiary payments which were contractually due from September 1, 1984, through this date, together with interest accruing thereon. You are further notified that the Trustee has elected to de- clare the entire unpaid principal balance, together with interest thereon, at once due and payable and has elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property described in said Trust Deed to satisfy said obligation.
