CLAUSEN, husband and wife, GRANTOR, in consideration <br />of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) AND OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATION received <br />from GRANTEE, WILLMETTA E. CLAUSEN, conveys to GRANTEE, the follow- <br />ing described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev.
