The undersigned may on or after, but not prior to. October 15, 1991, <br />matte a full but not a partial prepayment of the entire principal amount out- <br />standing hereunder on any date an installment is due provided that the under- <br />signed gives the holder hereof at least 30 days prior written notice of the <br />full amount to be prepaid. The immediately preceding sentence does not, <br />however, limit the holder's right to apply any prepayment occurring as a <br />result of the acceleration by the holder of the principal amount of this <br />Note or as a result of the application by the holder of insurance or condem- <br />nation awards or proceeds pursuant to a Mortgage or Deed of Trust securing <br />this Note. The undersigned further agrees to pay the holder together with <br />any prepayment (including a prepayment occurring as a result of the acceleration <br />by the holder of the principal amount of this Note, but excluding prepayments <br />occurring because of the application by the holder of insurance or condemnation <br />awards or proceeds pursuant to a Mortgage or Deed of Trust securing this <br />Note) a prepayment premium in an amount equal to one percent (12) of the <br />amount prepaid. <br />1� IS e� at,44 ir AutA-t- <br />/Date/ Herbert F.
