F <br />$s--- :1o5850 <br />ACKNOWLEDGEMENT <br />I /We, Herbert F Mayer, Jr and Katharine Mayer, husband ( "Trustor "), <br />under that certain Deed of Trust dated actobprd IS, f1986 ( "Deed of <br />Trust ") to be entered into among Trustor, Ticor Title Insurance Company <br />( "Trustee ") and Superior Mortgage Inc. <br />( "Beneficiary ") covering the following described property: <br />Parcel 1: Lots Onc (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), and Five <br />(5) in Normandy Apartments Subdivision, an Addition to the city <br />of Grand Island. Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Parcel 2: Lots Nine (9), Ten (10), Eleven (11), Twelve (12), <br />Thirteen (13), Fourteen (14) and Fifteen (15) all in Block Four <br />(4), in Normandy Estates, an Addition to the city of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />hereby acknowledge that it is understood that (a) the Deed of Trust <br />to be executed by Trustor is a trust deed and not a mortgage and (b) <br />the power of sale provided for in the Deed of Trust provides substantially <br />different rights and obligations to the Trustor than a mortgage in <br />the event of a default or breach of obligation. <br />Trustor acknowledges that this Acknowledgment was made prior <br />to the execution of the Deed of Trust <br />Executed and delivered this _ 15th day of October 19 86 - <br />(Trustor) Herbert F.
